I had a mental breakdown in 2013, but today I am well and healthy! Not one to take things for granted, I continue to work on myself each beautiful day of life I live! I start and finish my day with gratitude! And focus my mind on positivity, this really helps! My new challenge for 2020 started in November 2019, when I joined a bunch of women to do Winter swimming in the Irish Sea! This is a wonderful challenge because it can be done. It’s just throwing yourself into freezing water! Honest, it’s easy! I have a lot of tips on how to take on the Irish seas and I would like to share them with you and maybe even encourage you to join in! In my 52 years of life I have many experiences some funny, some sad. I’d like to share them with you and maybe make you smile! Jean xxx
